National Running Day with Outer Banks Bootcamps

This morning over 140 boot campers along with their coaches from Outer Banks Bootcamps celebrated National Running Day with a 3 mile run on Kitty Hawk beach. All teams joined together to honor this momentous day! National Running Day began in 2009 to spotlight running as an affordable and easy way to get people moving. The goal of National Running Day is to encourage everyone to make a commitment to their heath through the fun of running.

We encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone today and make the commitment to get healthy. You don’t have to start with 3 miles, just head on out the door for a quick run or even fast walk around the block.
If you are looking to make the change and want the support of a positive team email outerbanksbootcamps@yahoo.com or call Matt Costa 252-489-8239 and he will help you take the next step.
